14-Day Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item you’re not satisfied with for a full refund or store voucher. Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging and accessories. Returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
30-Day Faulty Item Refunds
If your item develops a fault within 30 days of delivery through no fault of your own, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement. Please contact our customer support team with proof of purchase and photos of the fault. Faults will be verified before processing any refunds or replacements.

- Proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.
- Faults caused by accidental damage, misuse, or modifications (including rooting/jailbreaking) are not covered.
- Consumable items such as SIM cards and basic accessories are non-refundable unless faulty.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method once the return has been inspected and approved.
